Cancellation Policy

Please note that as a self-employed and independent therapist, I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours (or missed) will be subject to the full treatment fee. Please let me know with as much notice as possible if you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, so that another person can book in your place.
